Pet Custody Battles in Divorces

Pets are increasingly becoming center stage in divorce battle.  Pets are even in addressed in pre-nuptial agreements known as "pre-pups."  Pets are starting to no longer be seen as strictly property but as living beings.  Courts are starting to split time with animals as they do with children.  Below the article addresses this issue:

New precedent set in Arizona by Arizona Appeals Court, "The ruling means that, in Arizona, transgender persons who have legally changed their birth certificates to reflect their new gender are afforded the same rights to get driver's licenses and marriage licenses as any other individuals."
