Same sex couples who get married in a state where same sex marriage is legal may face problems if they decide to divorce in a state where same sex marriage is not recognized. The same sex couples may find themselves in a sort of limbo in a state that does not recognize their marriage and therefore cannot void or divorce them. New precedent set in Arizona by Arizona Appeals
Court, "The ruling means that, in Arizona, transgender persons who have
legally changed their birth certificates to reflect their new gender are
afforded the same rights to get driver's licenses and marriage licenses
as any other individuals."
